2. The reservation payment is refundable any time before the campaign ends if you change your mind. To request a refund for your deposit, please email [email protected] from the email address you used to reserve the discount. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. We use the Kickstarter email address to match against our pre-order list and verify if the backer has made a reservation. Please make sure to use the same email address for the deposit and Kickstarter order.
